To this end, fifty undergraduate English Language and Literature students, who had enrolled in a "Listening & Speaking" course, participated in this study. Data were collected through a one-group pre-posttest design and semi-structured interviews. Two raters assessed the learners' four oral presentations. The Praat software and one-way repeated measure ANOVA were used for data analysis. The results showed that the flipped classroom model could significantly develop students' oral fluency. Meanwhile, the findings of the semi-structured interviews indicated that the students were delighted with this approach. From their perspectives, the cooperation and collaboration between students and teachers were undeniable. They also believed that their self-confidence increased. Correspondingly, the results suggest that the language instructors and stakeholders at any level can benefit from this approach, i.e., flipped classroom model to shift the instruction to a practical learner-centered approach. پژوهش حاضر درصدد بررسی اثربخشی مدل کلاس درس معکوس بر روانی گفتار زبان‌آموزان خارجی بود. بدین منظور، پنجاه نفر از دانشجویان رشته زبان و ادبیات انگلیسی در مقطع کارشناسی که در واحد درسی "گفت‌و‌شنود" ثبت‌نام کرده بودند، در این مطالعه شرکت کردند. داده ها از طریق طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون تک گروهی و مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته جمع‌آوری شدند. دو سنجشگر، چهار ارائه شفاهی دانشجویان را ارزیابی کردند. نرم‌افزار پرت و تحلیل واریانس اندازه مکرر یک‌طرفه برای تحلیل داده ها استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که مدل کلاس‌درس معکوس می‌تواند به‌طور قابل توجهی تسلط شفاهی دانش‌آموزان را ارتقا دهد. در این میان، نتایج مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته نشان داد که دانشجویان نسبت به این رویکرد رضایت داشتند. از منظر آنها همکاری و همفکری دانش‌آموزان و معلم غیرقابل‌انکار بود و معتقد بودند این رویکرد منجر به افزایش اعتماد به نفس آن‌ها شده است. در نتیجه، یافته‌ها حاکی از آن بود که این روش یعنی کلاس معکوس، برای مربیان زبان و دیگر ذینفعان در هر سطحی مفید خواهد بود تا با استفاده از آن، فرآیند تدریس را به رویکرد یادگیرنده محور ارزشمندی تغییر دهند. https://efl.shbu.ac.ir/article_159249_87b53fb0aac251c47d11d4f464a74d3d.pdf
